Duke Nukem may not be as... culturally appropriate today as he was in the heady days of the 1990s, but there's still a lot of love for the alien-busting hero's more playable games from yesteryear. And so it is that sidescrolling blaster Duke Nukem 2 will soon be hitting iOS devices.
3D Realms is partnering with Interceptor Entertainment to bring the Duke's second outing to the Apple platform, promising an 'enhanced version' of the 1993 original. Just in time for the game's 20th Anniversary, actually.
Features in the iOS version include touch screen controls, new artwork and music, save/load capabiltiies, leaderboards and a replay mode. Trailer's below.
