UK Video Game Chart: Black Ops II Reclaims Top Spot
Gunplay bests swordplay this week, as Activision's flagship Call of Duty franchise reclaims the top spot on the UK Video Game Chart. Last week's #1, Capcom's DmC, falls three places as FIFA 13 stays put and Ubisoft's Far Cry 3 moves up a place.

The big mover in the Top 10 is Assassin's Creed III, which blasted up five places following a price promotion in stores. It cost some £8 less this past week than it did in the week previous, opening the floodgates for a few more purchases. Makes you wonder if games are overpriced at launch in the first place.

New releases in the Top 40 can be counted on one finger - that is to say there is only one. And it's The Sims 3: 70s 80s 90s Stuff bundle pack for The Sims 3. That debuted at #36. Check out the Top 10 in full below.
