Still gutted that Bayonetta 2 is exclusive to the Wii U? Well, at least you have the original game to play around with on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. And if you're finding it difficult to track a copy of the game down on PS3, don't worry! SEGA has announced that a digital version of Bayonetta will hit PlayStation Network next week.
It will be available in the US on January 29 for $19.99, and in Europe a day later on January 30 for £11.99 (or €14.99). The game is already available to download from Xbox Live Marketplace's Games on Demand for £14.99.
Bayonetta was released in 2010, and received rave reviews thanks to its sublime action and the typically mental imaginations of Devil May Cry creator Hideki Kamiya. The press release here describes the game as a "stylish and cinematic action game, known for outlandish finishing moves that are performed with balletic grace." Quite.
Translation: it's bonkers, and if you've not had the pleasure of playing it yet, now would be a good time to do so.
