Shadow of the Colossus Movie is Not Dead - A New Writer Appears
This has been going since 2009.
The Shadow of the Colossus movie. Yep, that's still being made, apparently - and a new name has been attached to the project. That name is Seth Lochhead, who co-wrote the action flick Hanna.
Lochhead will be working with writer/director Josh Trank (Chronicle, 2012) and producer Kevin Misher (Public Enemies), according to Hollywood Reporter.
Andy Berman and Kevin Chang will oversee the project, thought to be all but dead and buried - a film adaptation of the PlayStation 2 classic has been in the works since 2009. And we're still not sure exactly how the adventure game can be translated well to the silver screen.
But, it's Hollywood. It knows what it's doing, right? Right? Oh.
