Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Sells Over 840,000 Copies

Namco Bandai has a few reasons to be happy this week - Tekken Tag Tournament 2 has sold an impressive 840,000 units between its release on September 11 to the end of the publisher's second fiscal quarter, September 30.
According to Siliconera, the financial report notes that Soul Calibur V and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm have also hit the 1 million unit sales landmark. Global figures since the start of the company's 2013 financial year reached 680,000 units for the former and 550,000 for the latter - bringing lifetime totals to 1,380,000 and 1,010,000 respectively.
The report also mentions strong sales for a couple of its key Japanese releases - Taiko Drum Master: The Little Dragon and the Mysterious Orb racked up sales of 270,000 on Nintendo 3DS, while SD Gundam G Generation Over World for PSP sold 260,000 units.
