Kojima Productions' LA Studio Working on Metal Gear Online

What exactly is Kojima Productions up to with its new LA studio? Well, we can tell you right now that it has something to do with Metal Gear Online. Namely, a brand new one.
Franchise creator Hideo Kojima revealed that his newly-established US team will be hard at work on the next instalment of the online multiplayer stealth spinoff. The company is currently looking for talented developers to help with this endeavour.
The LA studio was unexpectedly unveiled last month, when a job ad circulated the internet that made mention of an "unannounced project" at the LA outfit. Judging by Kojima's words, it sounds like they haven't yet filled all of the necessary positions.
A US-based studio for Metal Gear Online increases the possibility of the game reaching Western audiences - the original MGO was only released in Japan back in 2008, with its servers recently shut down for good. Sad face.

MGO was released in the west too as it came on the MGS4 disc.
It wasn't a bad game. just had waaay to many updates and the Konami ID thing was a pain.
