Techland Files Trademark for Mobile Game, Dead Stop

Techland had a bit of a hit on its hands with Dead Island - so much so that it announced a new game in June called Dead Island Riptide. But it seems that this won't be the only new title to come out of the Polish developer - it has recently filed a trademark for a mobile game called Dead Stop.

No details were available alongside the trademark filing, so it's anyone's guess as to whether the application will be a companion product for the Dead Island series or something else entirely.

The filing was made in the United States, and describes Dead Stop as a product for "entertainment services and providing an online game via an application for mobile phones and other electronic apparatus."
