Konami's Pro Evolution Soccer reboot, PES 2013, will see its first playable demo released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC on July 25th.
The Japanese studio has attempted to redefine the core of its long-running PES series in order to better compete with EA's FIFA franchise. New innovations in PES 2013 include Full Control, which gives players "total control over every pass, shot and even first touches to the ball", as well as enhanced AI and a more comprehensive Player ID system.
Along with a first taste of those features, the demo will also include eight teams to play as - Germany, England, Portugal and Italy for European football, and Santos FC, SC International, Fluminense and Flamengo for the Copa Libertadores mode.
