Sony will buy Dave Perry's Cloud Gaming organisation, Gakai for $380 million, signally a solid path for the forthcoming PlayStation "4". The PlayStation maker confirmed that it has "entered into a definitive agreement on June 30, 2012 (Japan Time) to acquire Gaikai Inc."The very official and confirmed word is that, "Through the acquisition, SCE will establish a new cloud service..."
