Game Boy Advance in weird Internet quiz remote control shocker
It would appear that Nintendo of Japan is planning something very strange for its optically challenged 32-Bit handheld. According to reports, Nintendo will be using the machine to transmit answers from a TV quiz show.

Here’s how it works. The GBA will be equipped with a modem cartridge that is connected to a phone line or dedicated Internet port. As questions are asked on the TV, players can answer in real-time using the console. Results are then broadcast live as the show airs.

Nintendo will be partnering with Nippon Broadcasting Corporation to realise its plans. GameCube involvement is rumoured but cannot be confirmed at this point.
