Electronic Arts' SSX has taken the top spot in this week's UK Video Game Charts, marking a triumphant return for the series after a five-year hiatus. This is despite the fact that we're swiftly entering Spring now and as such a snowboarding game would appear to be utterly pointless. Pointless, we say!FIFA 12 climbs back up to #2, making it a double-whammy for EA this week.
Mario Party 9 enters the Top 10 at #3, which is impressive given the
news last week that GAME and Gamestation would not be stocking the game.
Vita titles
Uncharted: Golden Abyss and
FIFA Football cling on to the Top 10, and Ubisoft's
Assassin's Creed: Revelations gets a rather kick shot in the arm, re-entering at #9 from a position of #31 last week. Full chart below.
