Praise be! SEGA has laid down a pretty massive hint, by way of a 20-second teaser trailer, that Dreamcast classic Jet Set Radio will be hitting Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network very soon.
The video doesn't mention it by name, but it does feature one of the game's iconic music tracks as well as the logo seen prominently in the Dreamcast original and Xbox sequel, Jet Set Radio Future. No release date or prices were announced in the trailer, but just knowing that JSR is coming is enough to make us squeal with excitement.
Jet Set Radio was one of SEGA's most artistically impressive games for the Dreamcast. A third-person skating-platformer, you played as a member of colourful and funky street gang the GG's. The aim of the game was to spray-paint Tokyo-to with graffiti in an effort to control the town. It was notable for its fantastic soundtrack and for pioneering the 'cel-shading' art style - as well as being just a damn good game.
Whenever it comes out, for however much money it costs... you should buy it.
