Electronic Arts and Danger Close Studios are going to take on Activision and Call of Duty once again with a new Medal of Honor (sic) subtitled - possibly the hard of understanding: WarfighterThe game is due in Call of Duty season - that's the month of October and that's this year. This might at first appear to make no sense at all given that ownership that CoD games appear to have over the minds of gamers. However, with advertising and marketing for a first-person shooter with gritty realism and war and shooting all over every media outlet, busstop and springing forth from every gamer's mouth, why the hell not grab some of the market? No reason.
According to
Gameinformer, " The sequel to the 2010 reboot is again being developed by Danger Close studios and follows the story of Tier 1 Operators. Multiplayer is being developed in house this time, not by DICE."
"The game also uses the Frostbite 2.0 engine, the same engine that powered Battlefield 3."
