UK Video Game Charts: Resident Evil Brings The Horror

"‘FIFA 12’ (+1%) is top of the league again this week, but ‘Modern Warfare 3’ (+8%) jumps 2 places to No2 to give EA’s football title a run for its money.

"The Top 5 all shuffle places amongst themselves with ‘Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’ (-6%) and ‘Just Dance 3’ (-7%) both down one place to No’s 3 and 4 respectively, while ‘Battlefield 3’ (+1%) holds on to No5. ‘Resident Evil: Revelations’ on 3DS is the first new release so far this year to make it into the Top 40, debuting at No6, making it the 7th largest launch so far for a 3DS game. Both ‘Zumba’ titles haven’t yet lost their grip on the Top 10 with ‘Zumba Fitness’ (-7%) down one place to No7 and ‘Zumba Fitness 2’ (-11%) falling 2 places to No10. ‘Saints Row: The Third’ (-8%) also slips one place to No8, while ‘Assassin’s Creed: Revelations’ (+54%) pops back into the Top 10, up from No12 to No9, boosted by price promotions.
‘Resident Evil: Revelations’ isn’t the only Top 40 newcomer this week with the latest Sims expansion ‘The Sims 3: Master Suite Stuff’ new at No23."
