Minecraft's Mojang Wins Scrolls in Court Ruling vs Bethesda
A good day in court for the 'littler' guy

Minecraft maker Mojang has won the first round in the injunction brought against it by Elder Scrolls maker Bethesda over use of the word 'Scrolls' in Mojang's new game.
Top man at Mojang, Markus Persson (aka Notch) tweeted:
"We won the interim injunction! We can keep using the name "Scrolls". ZeniMax/Bethesda can still appeal the ruling, but I'm very happy. :D"
