E3 2012 Organiser Offers Free Pints to Brits
To commiserate over the Jubilee as E3 clashes

Now some readers may find it difficult to squeeze out a tear at the news that game executives and journalists will be missing the Queen's Jubilee bank holidays due to a clash with E3 2012.
MCV has a superb story on the fact. It quotes one unnamed 'marketing boss' as stating, "It’s not going to make everyone happy. But I love E3. It is fantastic. I’ll expect some repayment."
It concludes with a message from an unnamed E3 organiser from the ESA stating that, "To compensate for the oversight, we’re happy to buy a pint for any British journalist who approaches us in a bar with a hearty ‘God Save the Queen!'".
They have no idea what a British person will do for a free pint do they?
