Gearbox Not Giving Up on Duke Nukem

Despite belching the execrable Duke Nukem Forever at us Gearbox and Randy Pitchford have more plans for the character it was revealed at Pax.

Speaking out loud with his own voice, the Gearbox head told a crowd that forthcoming DLC for DNF will be "...pretty cool. It's pretty fun".

He also stated that, "And then soon… I know that you guys figured out that, when Gearbox acquired the franchise, we didn't do it just to make sure we could all play Duke Forever, but because we wanted to make our own Duke game. Soon, we'll talk about that, but not today."

According to Kotaku, the crowd cheered.
