UK Video Game Chart: Deus Ex Beats Zumba Fitness

Victory! The wicked Zumba Fitness is defeated! After ten consecutive weeks at the top of the UK Video Game Chart, Adam Jensen has finally come along and kicked its non-augmented butt down to the #2 spot. Deus Ex: Human Revolution has captured #1.

The Xbox 360 version won 57 per cent of the game's total sales compared to the PS3's 31 per cent and the PC's 13 per cent. Digital sales for computers were not included. Someone should really get onto that, it's starting to wind everyone up now.

Everyone and their dog has been waiting for Square Enix and Eidos Montreal to kick-start the new season of core games, and Chart Track reveals that Human Revolution only fell 26,000 units short of topping lifetime UK sales of its predecessor, Invisible War. Not bad for its first couple of days on sale.

However, Zumba only concedes to #2 - could it return to #1 during the Christmas period? 505 Games has a second hit on its hands with the debut of Rugby World Cup 2011 as well - that game sits nicely in #3 this week.
