What has just happened: A trailer for the new Kinect-heavy Star Wars game has been shown at Microsoft's E3 Press Conference, detailing a bunch of new scenarios beyond limply bashing back enemy laser shots with your lightsaber. Darting through space in a Tie-Fighter, for example.A revamped version of the gameplay scene demonstrated last year at E3 was also detailed, with the action taking place from a closer perspective and looking a lot more responsive.
Svend thinks: This thing is looking a hundred times better than the tech demo that we saw last year. From clunky unresponsive light-saber swishing to a whole range of different motion-based gameplay, I think this could get a lot of people into the peripheral if the gameplay feels satisfying to the 'touch.' And you can count me as one of those people.
