Sony is using a company called 'Data Forte', which is headed up by a former special agent with the U.S. Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Peter Garza to look into the PSN hack.Garza's team will join FBI agents as well as "cyber-security detectives from Guidance Software and consultants from Robert Half International Inc's subsidiary Protiviti to help with the clean-up", says

David Baker, vice president of services with electronic security firm IOActive, a company not involved in the detective work also pointed out that, "card issuers Mastercard and Visa Inc had likely appointed a firm to investigate."
