UK Video Game Chart: Black Ops Returns to Top Spot
You can't keep a good soldier down - Call of Duty: Black Ops has gone and launched a stealth assault on newcomer Marvel vs Capcom 3, denying the fantastic Capcom brawler a #1 position in its debut week. Activision has a slew of sales promotions from supermarkets and other retailers for the renewed interest.

{4} - 1 - Call of Duty: Black Ops - Activision
{NE} - 2 - Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds - Capcom
{2} - 3 - Dead Space 2 - EA
{1} - 4 - Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Atari
{3} - 5 - FIFA 11 - EA
{7} - 6 - Just Dance 2 - Ubisoft
{5} - 7 - Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood - Ubisoft
{6} - 8 - Mario vs Donkey Kong: Mini-land Mayhem - Nintendo
{9} - 9 - Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Collection - Rockstar
{10} - 10 - LittleBigPlanet 2 - Sony

GfK Chart-Track notes the interesting trend that, although this is Black Ops' eighth top spot position since its release, it has had to do this over a period of several months. Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare 2 achieved this same goal in eight consecutive weeks.

Marvel vs Capcom 3 settles for second place, with Dead Space 2 shuffling down a spot and former #1 Test Drive Unlimited 2 slowing down to #4. The shake-up has also sent FIFA 11, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Mario vs Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem further down the Top 10, but Just Dance 2 sees an opportunity to jump up a place as it climbs from #7 to #6.
