Details have emerged of the recent StreetPass service, soon to be available on Nintendo's upcoming handheld, the 3DS.A translation of Nintendo's Third Quarter Financial Briefing reveals that players will be able to transfer ghost data between their copies of
Dead or Alive: Dimensions, enabling challengers to play each other on their journeys or over a coffee.
Other titles that will support the service include
Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 3D,
Nintendogs + Cats,
Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition and
Ridge Racer 3D. The 3DS' pre-installed software, StreetPass Mii Plaza and Nintendo 3DS Sound will also be compatible with the StreetPass service.
