Sony is kicking off what it calls "PlayStation Access" - basically some events in which real people (rather than game journos) can get some hands-on with new games. The events run in London from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th February and then in Glasgow on Friday 18th to Sunday 20th February. Exactly where in London and Glasgow appears to be a tightly-kept secret.
Says Sony, "Both events will be kicking off on the Friday evening, which will play host to our 18+ session. We will then have four more sessions that will take place over the course of the weekend, involving intimate developer sessions, a
FIFA Interactive World Cup tournament, where we will be taking the winners from each session through to the FIWC UK Final."
Gamers who own
GT5 will be able to get involved in a
GT5 Time Trial competition, "where you could be in with the chance of winning a pair of tickets to the UEFA Champions League Final taking place at Wembley in May 2011"
The
PlayStation Access events have a Facebook (what no Home?).
