Report: UK to Get 'PlayStation Phone' via Orange
So says the editor of the Wireless Federation
A curious orange
A rumour quoted by wireless industry research conglomerate the Wireless Federation claims that not only will the PlayStation phone be "formally announce at next month’s Mobile World Congress" but that Orange will deliver the unit to UK punters.
Apparently, "the deal was being signed by the group holding company, Everything Everywhere, but that sales would be limited to the Premium Orange brand."
The report also delivers up some possible specs. The phone will:
- be Android based.
- have a 4-inch screen with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels.
- have a 5 megapixel camera.
- have 512MB RAM.
- be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor.
