It looks like Kojima Productions isn't finished with Solid Snake yet - the Japanese studio has posted job listings for "Next Generation Metal Gear Solid Series Production Staff."According to the page, the developer is seeking a large number of planners, programmers and CG designers. Among these include jobs for level design, scripting, graphics, networking, plug-ins, audio and game character design. Concept artists, 3D modelers and production designers are also being sought out.
There are a lot of positions available, which raises suspicions that the studio is looking to spice up the
Metal Gear Solid series, with an emphasis on online play. The jobs ask for experience on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 development, while artists with an interest in researching next generation CG will have an advantage.
Andriasang notes that the positions relate to the development of "consumer game content," meaning the next title in the series will be hitting a console or portable device.
