New details have emerged for on the website for Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, previously included in the most recent issue of Famitsu magazine.
Local wireless play is discussed, allowing players to play against each other in their local vicinity. It is also compatible with download play which will allow for two players to play versues from one copy of the game. Players can create lobbies, set a round count, battle time limit and other such selections. Additional players can also enter the lobby to get in the queue for a face-off.
An internet versus mode is also available, allowing for online matches in the form of quick match, friend match or custom match. Players can again set the round count, time limit, areas, opponent's strength and the control method.
There will also be an arcade challenge mode, allowing opponents to provide local or internet-based challenges for their opponents. Challenges can also be set so you can play either type of match exclusively.
