The executive vice president of sales and marketing at Sega, Alan Pritchard, has confirmed that a Dreamcast Collection is being pulled together for release on the PS3 and Xbox 360.
It is unclear as to whether the collection will include the previous XBLA and PSN releases of Sonic Adventure, Crazy Taxi and the upcoming re-release of Space Channel 5 or another collection altogether.
Pritchard said of the announcement: ìThe Ultimate Genesis Collection did huge numbers on PS3 and 360, so itís an important part of our business. Weíve already been releasing some Dreamcast games digitally.î

This was what I was thinking - GD-ROMs are about 1GB in size. If Sega used double-layer DVDs, they might be able to fit about 7-8 games on there (I highly doubt every DC game used the whole 1GB capacity on a GD, but by that same token Sega's not going to use the whole 9GBs on a DVD-9 purely on games). I guess a Dreamcast collection containing 7-8 games would be a goer, but after Mega Drive Ultimate Collection I'd kinda want more than that.
I know the PS3 has much larger-capacity disks but if this compilation is for both PS3 and 360, you're not going to see any of that Blu-ray disk filled up unfortunately.
