K2 Network, which you may know from Gamersfirst has apparently bought the rites to APB.The online open-world title that brought Scottish studio, Realtime Worlds, to its knees could see the light of day once again under the ownership of K2, sources tell

Apparently, K2 paid £1.5 million for the IP, and has plans to relaunch it this year. Strangely, however, GI.biz also reports that, "GamersFirst declined to comment..."
Let's hope some Realtime World's staff benefit from all this.
