"Yakuza of The End" Supporting Cast Detailed
SEGA has detailed some of the supporting cast members for its latest title in the Yakuza franchise, entitled Yakuza: of the End.

All of the new additions to the franchise have had their real-life voice actors' likenesses captured via SEGA's 3D digital technology giving their in-game characters the reminiscence of their real-life counterparts.

The characters announced include Tetsuo Nikaido, a member of the Oumi clan, one of the game's yakuza factions, Tomoaki Nagahara, a member of the Tojo clan and carries an ambiguous air about him through the game.

Joining them is Misuzu Asaki, the game's heroine who will be voiced by Kill Bill and Battle Royal actress Chiaki Kuriyama, DD who is a Japanese American of unknown age and surrounded by mystery.

They are also joined by Oya-san who is a takoyaki restaurant owner who everyone refers to in the game by the nickname oya-san (akin to "old man" in English) and Daigo Dojima (voiced by Satoshi Tokushige) who returns from the previous games and has been a series mainstay since his appearance in Yakuza 2.

The game is due out in 2011.

Do you really think this is the end for the Yakuza series? If so, would you like it to bow out gracefully or for SEGA to continue making sequels until our children are playing Yakuza: Never Ends?
