Atari and Eden Games have rolled out the standard, "We're giving more time to the developers to make the game even better" line because Test Drive Unlimited has been delayed from September 24th 2010 to "Q1 2011".
Nothing to do with GT5's possible November 2 release date. That's certainly not mentioned.
Instead, David Nadal, Studio Manager of Eden Games says, "To date, Test Drive Unlimited 2 has generated great media buzz and incredible excitement amongst gamers and fans of the franchise. By moving the title’s release date to early 2011, we will be able to further advance the game and take into account consumer feedback to help ensure we deliver a great online lifestyle racing experience."
The date for the Beta is also being pushed back.
