SCEA Announce LittleBigPlanet 2 Release Date, Collector's Edition
Get busy creating games from mid-November.
Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced a release date for Sackboy-hopping 'game-creator,' LittleBigPlanet 2. The game will be available in North America from the 16th November.
In addition to the game's launch date, SCEA also revealed a Collector's Edition pack that will release on the same date. In it, you get a copy of LBP2, a 7" Sackboy plush toy, Sackboy-themed 'bookends' to hold your games in place, five LBP2 avatars for use on the PlayStation Network and a whole bunch of DLC.
The DLC comes in the form of Sackboy costumes, and include the following characters: Toy Story 3 Alien, Clu from Tron: Legacy, Great Gonzo from the Muppets, Ratchet, Clank, a bunch of animals (Crocodile, Vulture, Cobra, Mandrill), Jak and Daxter. The last two are exclusive to the Collector's Edition.
The asking price for the CE is $79.99. SCEE has yet to announce its plans for Europe, but no doubt we will get something equally as lovely.

a 7" Sackboy plush toy
How on earth can a Sackboy be "plush"? He's clearly constructed from a coarsely woven itchy/scratchy fibre. Even a hundred washes in nothing by double concentrate Lenor wouldn't make him "plush"

Everything im reading is saying that it,s only coming out on the 16th november in Amarica not in the uk. So is it coming out in the uk on the same date in the uk?
