Sony SingStar Man: EA Could have Quality Problems with Rock Band Network

Chris Bruce, the senior producer for the SingStar team at SCEE spoke at the Develop Conference this week, and spoke out about his concerns regarding competing music network products, specifically EA's Rock Band Network.
"Rock Band Network is an intriguing proposition", he began, before laying out his concern, "whether they (EA/MTV) will have quality issues with that is open to question."
Given that Microsoft is lined up to handle payments to the network that will compete with Sony's SingStore, this is an interesting comment.
In terms of DLC in general, Mr Bruce also owned up to the fact that it still needs some marketing massage, saying, "Marketeers and Developers are beginning to think more about DLC and how to spin that the users. I think that's interesting."
