"In the UK Nintendo will be reducing the trade price of Nintendo DSi to retailers from June 18, 2010. The ultimate price to consumers is, of course, determined by the retailers".
So said a Nintendo spokesman to MCV yesterday. The news follows a cut in price for the Ninty handheld in Japan. It is expected that we'll see a cut of £20-30 for the gaming gadget.
Nintendo was also keen to stress that the cut only applies to the DSi, not the DS Lite or DSiXL.
