Nintendo Wii and DSi users will finally be able to get "grrrrrooooovy" tomorrow, as a DSiWare Earthworm Jim remake headlines the platforms' online store updates. Costing 500 Points, it's a pint-sized recreation of the SNES classic, with additional camera function to offer bonuses from tracking player movements.
Speaking of SNES re-releases, the Wii's Virtual Console gets a dose of LucasArts magic this week with Indiana Jones' Greatest Adventures. Combining all of the action scenes from the first three adventure films in the series, there's plenty of whip-cracking platforming action to be had here. Mind the boulder! This'll cost you 800 Wii Points.
Back to the DSi, and the excellent Game & Watch revival series continues with three 200 Point LCD microgames to collect - Ball, Flagman, and Donkey Kong Jr. We're still waiting for that Super Mario Bros. one though...
Other releases include a colourful 3D puzzle platformer called Flipper (500 Points, DSiWare), an application to create your own postcards and send them to friends in myPostcards (200 Points, DSiWare) and The Will of Dr Frankenstein - a WiiWare title involving a mad professor's great-great nephew and a device to suck up clouds known as the Steampack (500 Points).
These titles will be available from tomorrow, for some weekend gaming fun.

Just reading this and on the TV `Night on Bald Mountain - Modest Mussorgsky` started to play! weird! i loved Earthworm Jim is was very clever and funny, a classic platformer indeed!
