Analyst: EA Will Definitely Use 'Modern Warfare 2' in Advertising
As if the ongoing claims and counter-claims between the actual parties in the divorce and betrothal of Activision, ex-Infinity Ward now Respawn Entertainment staffers and Electronic Arts wasn't enough... Michael Pachter has leapt into the fight.

This time he's not a soothsaying financial analysts and TV star, he's a lawyer. And here is his considered opinion.

"It is perfectly legal to advertise 'from the people who brought you Modern Warfare 2", he opines, "These guys (Zampella and West) will absolutely use the Modern Warfare brand in advertising; EA will do that."

There you go then. Done and dusted. So, all we need to know now is who is the good guy in all of this. Michael P' has the answer.

"This is the ultimate screw-you to Activision" - so, Activision is the baddy? But the P man continues, "and the ultimate screw-you to EA."

Say what now? "By going to EA now and getting paid up, they say, 'you're finally paying us what we're due. EA are being the bigger people here. They're not wounded at all by the fact that they lost these guys and the Medal of Honor brand deteriorated."

Right, so, EA is definitely the good guys because Zampella and West are giving the company 'the ultimate screw-you'. Phew.
