Ubisoft will be bringing Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier to the world (of Xbox 360 owners) in time for Xmas 2010.
No news for PS3 owners, sadly. Ubisoft has explained that "We aren't communicating the formats just yet, you will have to wait for further announcements in the coming months."
We reckon that's late September then. The blurb says that the game is being developed by Ubisoft Paris. It will feature "cutting-edge technology, prototype high-tech weaponry, and state-of-the-art single-player and multiplayer modes.
"Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will go beyond the core Ghost Recon franchise and deliver a fresh gameplay experience, with an unparalleled level of quality that will excite long-time fans and newcomers alike."
So, no need to read any reviews or decide at the time then.
But need you wait? Of course not. You can get the Multiplayer Beta this summer 2010 because "an exclusive beta invitation will be available for a limited time to customers who purchase Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction."
So, now you know.
