The Nintendo DSi XL will be hitting European stores on 5th March, the company announced this morning.The revision comes with larger 4.2 inch screens and a larger stylus for easier gameplay. When it was launched in Japan in November, the handheld was reported to have been geared towards the older player. That helped it crack over 100,000 units in its first few days of sale.
European buyers will find two DSiWare games pre-loaded onto the machine;
Dr Kawashima's Little Bit of Brain Training: Arts Edition, and
Dictionary 6 in 1 with Camera Function. You can pretty much guess what these are all about.
You'll be able to catch the console in either wine red or dark brown. No price has yet been announced. SPOnG is set to get its own DSi XL imminently, so we'll have a play with it and let you know what we think.
