Team17 has put a release date all over Alien Breed Evolution. The ET-hunting shooter will be available on Xbox Live Arcade as of December 16th.
It will cost you 800 of your Microsoft Points - that's around £6 or $10 in money you can hold.
Breed is a survival-horror shooter that's been dragged from the time before time (the 1990s) to be turned into a glossy (nearly) top-down shooter in which you blast the snotty goo out of alien scum, either on your own or with a pal.
Mark SPOnG got his hands on it over the summer and thought it was quite smashing.
There are new screens in the gallery (and more on the game page) as well as a video comparing Evolution to its granddad below.

No PC version? Disappointing...
Ah, hold on, it does mention there is one in the video, as well as a PS3 version coming later. SPONG needs to update their game page!
