Lionhead's Peter Molyneux confirmed that Natal and micro-transactions will feature in
Fable III, during a speech at BAFTA's Annual Video Games Lecture in London last night.
Speaking about the future of video games and the state of the industry in the year past, Molyneux stated that the latest game in his role-playing adventure series will include an in-game shop, where additional content will be ready for purchase. Although he noted that many features were up in the air and could be axed, things such as game guides, additional weapons and access to new locations have been considered.
It was not mentioned how Natal would be incorporated into
Fable III, but the designer is already working on an Xbox 360 title called
Milo & Kate which supports the motion-sending hardware.
