With rumours mounting about price cuts in the USA and Japan for Nintendo's Wii - but nothing solid coming from Nintendo itself - there has been expectation of a similar move in Europe. According to MCV, however, it is likely that we will be seeing the old Wii bundle with Wii Sports replaced instead.
The trade magazine reports a retail source stating that "The new bundle will include the console, a WiiMote, one nunchuck controller, a MotionPlus peripheral and copies of both Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort."
If this unconfirmed rumour is true, it will the first time that that the Motion Plus add-on for Wii has been bundled with the console. As a value-add pack, it would also suggest no price cut for the UK.

Nintendo want to ride the Wii wave, until it fizzles out from under them. They should throw in a 16gb or 32gb memory card too.
I just hope that if Wii HD is in the pipe, that they give us all what we want from a console, because MS and PS3 have raised the bar of expectation. Motion control aside, Wii suffers still due to no demos for download, to help third parties sell their games (this would count for so much, when selling alongside Nintendo's IP).
I still don't have a Wii yet, but I guess I'll wait 2011 and see what Yoshi squeezes out of his butt.

At least its a decent value pack, You are getting some added value on top, Motion Plus and Wii Sports Resort, unlike Sonys value packs which most stores would do themselfs anyhoo without sonys its better value because its got a demo/game of GT5 usual crap.
