Eidos'
Batman: Arkham Asylum has snuck (or maybe wholeheartedly punched) its way into the UK games charts, grabbing the top spot.
The game gets a fairly even split between the platforms - the Xbox 360 took 55% of the sales, while the PS3 mopped up the remaining 45% (the PC version will be along later in September).
Elsewhere in the Top 10 there's not a lot of movement, except for more
Batman action with his LEGO title clambering from Number 12 to Number 9 and
CoD4 jumping seven places to Number 10.
Barring
Arkham Asylum, the second disc-based expansion for
Fallout 3 is the only new entry into the Top 40, debuting at Number 20.
