Nintendo has come to an agreement in a case that threatened import bans of the Wii to the USA. The case alleging patent infringement over motion controllers had been bought by Hillcrest Laboratories.
According to
The Melbourne Age, "Financial details (of the settlement) were blacked out in the copy of the agreement made available to the public."
Hillcrest had filed on Friday with the International Trade Commission (ITC), who was due to report back today. Despite an out-of-court agreement, Nintendo still denies any infringement of three Hillcrest patents.
