Handhelds Battle for Developers Heats Up
With Sony announcing its Minis for PSP and PSP Go; small, 'snackable' games and probably apps in the mode of iPhone apps, Nintendo wasn't likely to hold back.

A Pocketgamer report has it that DSiWare is to be changed slightly for developers with smaller games. These will priced at 200 points ($2), 500 points ($5) and 900 points ($9). However, royalties paid to developers will be dependent on size.

The report states as an example that "a game that costs 500 Points will have to be smaller than 20MB or the royalty rate payable to Nintendo will be significantly more expensive."
