Monster Hunter Freedom Unite will be hitting both UMD and PSN for the various flavours of PlayStation Portable on June 26th.
Following the launch, Capcom informs us that "Monster Hunter gamers will be able to enjoy free downloadable content for the title on an on-going basis. Regular updates featuring new challenging quests and bonus items will be available shortly after launch meaning fans will be able to experience new journeys through the world of Monster Hunter."
Along with the game is the online 'the Encyclopedia Gigantica for gamers to exchange strategies and news of their captures.
This news is accompanied by the fact that new Monster Hunter bundles will be available in Japan (red and blue, 'old skool' PSP 3000s) for release on July 23rd. This is just under month after the 'Mystic Silver PSP-3000' and game bundle is due to hit the United Kingdom - complete with PSP carry-pouch, screen wipe and PSP 'skin'.
