Xbox 360 and the Magic Wand Controller

An ancient (in video game years) patent for a Microsoft Xbox 360 'Magic Wand' controller has popped up again on the US Patent Office site.

Of note:

1) J Allard (remember him before he got Zuned?) is credited as one of the inventors.

2) The patent mentions 'Harry Potter'.

3) The patent was filed on November 14, 2007.

4) Erm... that's it really.

We're sure this will now be beaten up to mean that actual, factual Xbox 360 Wii Mote. For now, we're consulting the runes...
