Gas Your Kid the Game Boy Way!

Kids getting a bit energetic? Need a way to shut them up? If they're just getting too damn excitable when you put a games machine in front of them these days, why not try a device that gasses them while they play?

We're not even kidding. Dr Geoffrey Hart has created a headset device, dubbed PediSedate, that will deliver nitrous oxide ('laughing gas'), an anaesthetic gas, directly to a child's breathing apparatus as they play on a Game Boy. Good to see the old fella's still useful, eh?

The device is designed to be used by medical practitioners and is actually quite a good idea. Sedating kids is, we understand, a tricky business. Associating it with something fun no doubt makes the whole process a lot more agreeable for all parties involved.

PediSedate is also compatible with a CD player and looks like it simply plugs into its entertainment device through an audio jack, meaning you could probably hook it up to a more up-to-date handheld of your choice.
