It keeps you off the streets, away from the booze, and probably stops you going to work at the bank!" With this in mind, we welcome the new screens for Tekken 6.
We also welcome them because, well, Tekken is a fond memory and - according to Atari - you get to "Master 40 unique fighters representing the world’s top martial arts styles! The character line-up includes 34 beloved characters, such as Jin, Heihachi and Kazuya, as well as 6 brand new characters with unique fighting styles and combo systems!"
Not only that but "over 33 MILLION UNITS SOLD WORLDWIDE" (for a franchise) in all caps must mean something very weighty indeed... surely... mustn't it? After all, this is what Capcom said about the Resident Evil series in 2007. It's also the figure that Canon told the world about in relation to the IXUS in 2006. It was also the number of The Bodyguard soundtrack sold at some point in history. So, it's got to be a pretty magic number, hasn't it?
Anyway, Namco Bandai has asked Atari to ask us to let you see these Xbox 360 screens from the game. You can see more at our dedicated Tekken 6 page.

AGREED! I was amazed when I heard it was getting a 360 release, last Tekkens I played were Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag, so I'm quite out of the loop on the Tekken front, having loved 3 and loathed tag.
I'm hoping that there possibly be some new features added to the franchise since then since the last big beat 'em up phase I went through was Dead Or Alive 4...and next one will be Street Fighter IV, I'm hoping Tekken can live up
