Famous Hollywood actors are cool and hip - even old ones. Whether they are wise and trustworthy as game reviewers is a different proposition though. This is why we're a little dubious about the words put into former Mr Angelina Jolie beau, Billy Bob Thornton, regarding Nintendo's
Deadly Creatures.
"What surprised me about
Deadly Creatures", says the grizzled thespian, " is how it looks…like watching a movie". He continued in reviewer mode, saying, "The scorpion and tarantula are like two actors meeting up for a gun fight."
BB, you see, is to voice the part of a 'human character' in the game, the available information doesn't make it clear which human. He's to partner up with Dennis Hopper, star of the recently rib-tickling
An American Carol - "An anti-American filmmaker who's out to abolish the July Fourth holiday is visited by three ghosts who try to change his perception of the country", according to IMDB.
Dennis, whose notable script moments include, "And with a whimper I'm fucking splitting, Jack!" also reviews the game: "Gamers are really going to love Deadly Creatures", says Den'.
