WiiWare: Cubello Heads Up Your Friday Quartet
The weekend is in sight, shining its light on your crusty greying eyelids. As well as a trip down the pub and an extra couple of hours in bed tomorrow, this means that it's time for four new WiiWare releases!

Heading up the pack is Cubello, the first of Nintendo's Art Style games, which (according to Ninty) “combines simple yet highly playable new game concepts with striking audio-visuals”. Cubello mashes up puzzling and shooting, requiring players to knock out cubes from a rotating 'cluster' by firing matching cubes with the Wii Remote. You can shoot the cubes for 600 Wii Points.

Two more Art Style games are due in the coming weeks – Rotohex and Orbient.

Next up is Strong Bad Episode 3: Baddest of the Bands from Telltale Games. Following on from Homestar Ruiner and Strong Baddia the Free, this point and click game calls on you to organise 'Battle Royale of the Bands'. The stakes are high – if you fail, you won't be able to save Stong Bad's Fun Machine. Get it right, however, and you'll win the chance to meet Stong Bad's all time favourite band – Limozeen. You can have it for 1,000 Wii Points.

The next in line is surely a contender for Cutest Game Name of the Year – Virtual Toys' Yummy Yummy Cooking Jam. It puts your food service skills to the test as you try to serve up food to your customers as fast as possible. Your customers, however, are often not entirely human. There's also a horde of insects looking to make your life more difficult. Fleshing things out is career mode, which challenges you to become the best chef in the city as you flex your spatula in Hot Dog, Hamburger, Pizza and Mexican restaurants. You can have it for 1,000 Wii Points.

Last and maybe not least is Hudson Soft's CueSports - Snooker vs. Billiards. It does what you'd expect from a cue sports game on the Wii – gets you to use the Wii Remote in activities such as Snooker, 8 Ball and Rotation. It also comes with a puzzle mode that takes you through trick shots and online multi-player. So there you go! That one will set you back 800 Wii Points.

It's the weekend. Go - enjoy!
