Lionhead has done something that could be described as highly informative or crying wolf on its own blogs.
This is what's being said, "Normally, we don't like to tease too much. You know, all this hype being generated by teasing the announcement that there will be an announcement in X-number of days. Who cares?"
Well, that's a good start and one we agree with wholeheartedly. But then...
"But in this day and age where a gazillion titles are asking for your attention, I felt it might be the right thing to do on the blog. We've got some news for all Fable II fans next week, dare I even say it's quite a big announcement? Yes of course I dare say it's a big announcement regarding Fable II, next week!"
So, there's hype generated. Here are the options:
1) New Downloadable content.
2) Fixes for various problems.
3) Fable II for the PS3.
4) Fable II for the Xbox.
5) Fable III will be 'even better than Fable II - in fact, it will be the best game in the universe!"

Yes Spong I can really see Microsoft giving PS3 gamers Fable 2...*rolls eyes* but funny lol.
I hope its a serious announcement and not bs hype as usual, hope it is an update to put back in ALL the stuff they left out and fix the bugs!

Hopefully it'll be something that makes me want to play it again after getting out of the honeymoon period. It's also got to take me away from FAllout 3, Far Cry 2, and others on the horizon.
